Shipping within the Netherlands costs €6.99 incl. VAT. We ship daily via GLS, PostNL or UPS, always tracked and insured. For stock items you will usually receive your order the next working day. Collection in Beek (South Limburg) is also possible, but by appointment only.

Yes, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. Register your return via info@onlineschucoshop.nl and then send the item back well packaged. The return costs are at your expense, but if you order a replacement part straight away, we will offset the shipping costs. Not sure beforehand? Contact us first – it saves hassle later.
