Order

What if a product is out of stock?

Non-stock Schüco products are ordered for you. The delivery time is usually 7 to 14 days. You can also use the Express service: delivery is then always within 3 working days, even if the product is not in stock. Please contact us via info@onlineschucoshop.nl for this.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, collection is free at the location in Beek (South Limburg). As it is a webshop and not a physical store, collection is only possible by prior arrangement. Please contact us via info@onlineschucoshop.nl or WhatsApp: 06-25498925.

Which payment methods are accepted?

iDEAL, Credit card, Bancontact, Sofortbanking, KBC/CBC, bank transfer, Klarna Pay Later, and payment upon collection. No extra fees are charged for any payment methods.

What are the shipping costs?

Netherlands: €6.99 | Belgium and Germany: €9.99 | Spain: €9.99 | France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Ireland, Monaco, Sweden: €12.50 | Denmark, Greece, Hungary, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Czech Republic: €15.00 | Slovenia: €20.00. All prices incl. VAT.

How quickly will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped daily, provided the product is in stock. The stock status is visible with the product. Shipping is via GLS, PostNL parcel post, or UPS. We do not ship by regular mail — only traceable and insured.

Returns

How can I return an order?

You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Register your return within these 14 days via info@onlineschucoshop.nl. Send the product back within 14 days of notification to: Onlineschucoshop.nl, Irenestraat 12, 6191 AV Beek. Ensure the item is properly packaged and include your delivery note or a copy thereof.

Are there any return conditions?

The product may be tried and removed from its packaging, but not used more than necessary for assessment. Upon receipt, the item will be assessed for completeness and functionality. The return shipping costs are at your expense. Are you ordering a replacement product? Then the shipping costs will be offset against the new order.

How quickly do I get my money back on a return?

After receipt and positive assessment of the return, your money will be refunded as soon as possible, within 14 days at the latest.
